We do have some criteria to meet when offering a Price Match.
- To request a Price Match, provide the URL to the competitor’s lower price. If in-store, you can show us on your phone or a printed copy.
- The competitor must be a UK-registered shop. All our products are brand new and genuine, therefor we cannot match prices from private sellers, auction sites, or international businesses.

The product must be identical to ours in condition, model, colour, and size, and the competitor must have it in stock at the time of the Price Match.

The competitor’s price must include VAT and delivery charges, and be listed on their website. We cannot match prices combined with other offers, including vouchers, clearance, or discontinued items.

All Price Match requests are subject to Cykel House's discretion, and we reserve the right to decline, alter, or withdraw this offer at any time.
