The Single Speed Kit delivers a clean, reliable single speed setup for your dirt jumper or DH bike.

 

Featuring a durable 13T steel cog and precision CNC-machined alloy spacers and guide plates, this kit allows for accurate chainline adjustment and secure drivetrain alignment.

 

Designed for Shimano HG freehubs (not compatible with SRAM XD), each component is built to withstand consistent use and abuse. Simple, durable, and purpose-built for riders who want fewer parts and zero distractions.

Single speed kit includes:

  • 1 -  13t cog (Steel)
  • 1 - Threaded lock ring (7075-T6)
  • 1 - Steel washer 
  • 2 - CNC machined guide plates (6061-T6)
  • 3 -  5mm spacer (6061-T6)
  • 1 -  3.5mm spacer (6061-T6)
  • 2 - 2mm spacer (6061-T6)
  • Designed for Shimano HG freehubs. This will not work with a XD or MicroSpline freehub body. 
  • Hub is not included*

Installation guide

Things You Will Need

 

  • Cassette tool

 

Assembly time: approximately 5 minutes. 

 

Difficulty: Easy. 

 

STEP 1:

Remove your rear wheel. Thoroughly clean your hub driver to ensure optimal operation of our
Single Speed Kit.

 

STEP 2:

Slide on desired amount of spacers to create desired chainline.

 

STEP 3:

Slide on the Single Speed back plate.

 

STEP 4:

Slide on the toothed cog gear.

 

STEP 5:

Slide on the Single Speed front plate.

 

STEP 6:

Slide on desired amount of additional spacers.

 

STEP 7:

Hand thread end cap (ensure locking ring is placed on first).

 

STEP 8:

Use your cassette tool and torque the end cap to 40nm.

 

STEP 9:

Mount your rear wheel back on your bike, install the chain and double check the chain line is optimal.
