We do have some criteria to meet when offering a Price Match.
The product must be identical to ours in condition, model, colour, and size, and the competitor must have it in stock at the time of the Price Match.
The competitor’s price must include VAT and delivery charges, and be listed on their website. We cannot match prices combined with other offers, including vouchers, clearance, or discontinued items.
Price Match offers cannot be applied after the sale is complete.
We cannot offer Price Matches for orders using insurance vouchers or on products purchased through finance or cycle-to-work schemes; these items must be paid in full using our usual payment methods.
If your Price Match is accepted, we will provide a discount code or link to complete your order. Only one discount code can be used per order.
All Price Match requests are subject to Cykel House's discretion, and we reserve the right to decline, alter, or withdraw this offer at any time.

After 2 years of work, and the first prototypes tested during the velovert festival show in June 2022, we offer you the RIDE E.
We based the design of the RIDE E shock on the real needs of riders and the often-heard request for ‘a very smooth shock and doesn’t bottom out harshly’.
To achieve our goal, we wanted to keep the same quality standards as the Fenix, our top-of-the-range custom-fitted shock absorber, as well as some of its components such as the VDP piston, which provides unequalled smoothness and comfort.
Our hydraulic bottom-out system required additional development time to fully meet our expectations. For example, we don’t have a sticky feeling on the rebound.
Each shock is valved according to the bike’s kinematics.
The shock absorber is sold with a spring and without hardware.
