DF technology offers additional degrees of freedom in tuning the riding characteristics of your bike by allowing you to isolate your suspension from your drivetrain

The influence of the chain on the rear suspension is reduced, allowing the suspension to react freely to impacts whilst reducing drivetrain noise and helping composure in the rough

Hybrid DEG DF also gives you control over how much float you want; if you want to reduce pedal kickback then run the system with 10 degrees of float, if you prefer the feel of a standard 60 Tooth DEG hub, just set it to zero float, the choice is yours

Unlike other anti-kickback systems that add weight and complexity, DEG DF requires no more servicing than a standard DT hub and adds no weight over a standard DEG system

Initial installation requires a DEG ringnut tool, once installed, changing between float settings is tool free and can be done in seconds once the wheel is removed from the bike

Available in kits with or without the ring nut tool included
