That is why this platform makes the most of the Bosch Performance Upgrade 2.0 for the Bosch CX-R motor.
From May 2026, this update will allow the maximum motor torque to be increased from 100 Nm to 120 Nm on any 5th-generation Bosch CX or CX-R motor, as well as increasing the maximum pedal assistance from 400% to up to 600%.
More torque to tackle the toughest climbs. More push in technical sections. More acceleration for those tricky sections. More power when the terrain gets tougher.
But the difference isn’t just in the numbers.
