• The competitor must be a UK-registered shop. All our products are brand new and genuine, therefor we cannot match prices from private sellers, auction sites, or international businesses.

• The product must be identical to ours in condition, model, colour, and size, and the competitor must have it in stock at the time of the Price Match.

• The competitor’s price must include VAT and delivery charges, and be listed on their website. We cannot match prices combined with other offers, including vouchers, clearance, or discontinued items.

• Price Match offers cannot be applied after the sale is complete.

• We cannot offer Price Matches for orders using insurance vouchers or on products purchased through finance or cycle-to-work schemes; these items must be paid in full using our usual payment methods.

• If your Price Match is accepted, we will provide a discount code or link to complete your order. Only one discount code can be used per order.

• All Price Match requests are subject to Cykel House's discretion, and we reserve the right to decline, alter, or withdraw this offer at any time.
