ENVE Mog - Custom Build
The Rolls Royce Of Gravel Bikes
'There Are Gravel Bikes And There's The ENVE Mog. The Rolls Royce Of The Gravel World.'
This one was finished in their Topo Green colour, which looked stunning paired with the bronze titanium Silca components
This was a no expense spared full custom build as you can see from the images. Every component was well thought out.
The Mog can be used for all out Gravel racing, Leisurely jaunts or bike packing with its many mounting points for racks etc.
Clearance for up to 50mm tyres. With 45mm being the go to size these days. Set them up tubeless lower the pressure and you'll have more comfortable off road ride.
Lets start with in ENVE in-route bar and stem. This is ENVEs version of internal routing and they dont do anything by halves.
The Cables go in through the bars and then throught the stem and into the headtube. While personally we are not fans of internal headset routing, it does make for a clean looking cockpit.

Wireless Shifting
SRAM Red XPLR for this bike, This is the top of the range gravel specific groupset. If you know us you will know we are massive advocates of SRAM gear. Its taken Shimano quite some time to come up with a fully wireless system like SRAM's.
The hangerless derailler mounts directly to the frame adding stiffness to the derailleur, in turn creating crisper shifting.
Because there is no hanger to bend, SRAM created derailleurs that if struck move themselves out of the way to negate damage. (You may have seen the videos of people stamping on them etc.) We wouldnt recommend standing on them but its pretty cool tech.
Red XPLR is available with 10-46t 13 speed cassette which is featured in this image. Thats some range for a gravel bike.
The flat top chain and new cassette tooth profile mean this drivetrain shifts even better under load. No more crunching those gears when you realise your in much harder gear than you should be for that steep gradient.
Il let SRAM explain the benefits of this amazing system.
Drivetrain Dreams
To Continue on the drivetrain theme this SRAM Red drivetrain was completed with a powermeter crank so our customer can keep an eye on his output when paired up to his Garmin.
The spindle of that beautiful crankset also went through a Chris King Ceramic bearing T47 Bottom Bracket. Lifetime warranty on Chris King so why not.

Its All In The Details

Bronze Silca titanium bottle cage bolts and titanium bottle cages.
The Silca bronze titanium bottle cage and bolts looked stunning against the Topo Green colour frame. A great choice from our customer.
They also went really well with the Hutchinson Caracal Race tyre with their tan wall casing. Our customer opted for these in 700x45c and wrapped them in Portland Design Works full coverage mud guards.
What wheels are they? Mavic Cosmic SLR's. Running tubeless with Mavic tubeless valves and Silca sealant.
